Please select this option if you have lost your AHA e-card or need a reprint of your AHA e-card. If you took a class AFTER May 1st, 2020 we have most likely processed an eCard for you. Please attempt to search your email inbox for "no-eccreply@heart.org" or from another similar email address from the AHA. This may help you find your card. If you are unable to locate your card and need assistance, please purchase this service. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 business days to process your request. If you took an AHA Course PRIOR to January 14, 2022, your e-card has now expired. You can register for a new certification course by going to this website: https://crozerkeystone.enrollware.com

NOTE: This service is only for those that need access to their AHA e-card or certificate that has already been issued. We offer free assistance in obtaining your course completion card (e-card) if you have taken your course within the last 30 days.
